Hello from South Side Foggy Mountain Chili! We've been cooking at CASI cookoffs since 1980 and have the most consistent show team on the planet. Out of the last 9 trips to Terlingua we have brought home 8 trophies and that included the one year that we took a "break" from show to see what everyone else was up to.
