The walleye is the fish everyone loves in Minnesota. Not my cup of tea, but I ain't much into fish too. If you find some good sauces to cook with the fish it will become a great meal. I really liked the Torchbearer Sauces' Super Sugar Fire which gave the fish a sweet and spicy kick. All Spice Cafe's 3 products all work well with fish. Those are just two I would recommend, but there a lot of others depending on your tastes.
