Well I think I will start this thread off with Mancini's (http://www.mancinis.com/) in St. Paul. Excellent steaks!

I went out to lunch with a friend of mine at a place called Axel's River Grill (http://www.mytravelguide.com/restaurants/profile-64898405-United_States_Minnesota_Mendota_Axels_River_Grille .html). Known for it's steaks but you can also get some great pasta and seafood there. I had a spicy chicken penne and a salad and my buddy had prime rib.
The place is definately small town with antler chandaliers above the bar but awesome food!
