I presume it sits on the soil cause it's warm from the sun??

What is the larger shaped chilli in the left of most of the photo's??

Large peppers are bell peppers. She's in a pot w/ jalapeno, tabasco, & red hot chile. It was the pot with the shitty soil that did poorly this year so I just let her be.
