Been doing ok, back in Cleveland now (not sure how long you've been gone)....still drinking and smokin the good stuff. How about you?

tore my shoulder muscle in three places while working on the job....:(
the pain !
worse then eating a dozen BHUTS i think..lol

Ya, I know how that goes. I screwed up my left shoulder when I dove into a wave in the ocean in LA while swimming nude. Since then it's never been the same. Turns out I jarred the bones and now the muscle and tendons scrape aginst the bone. Not fun and has perminatly gimped me agains doing heavy work. I have expercises that help though. My advice is streatch every morning and night. It really does wonders. Just spend a good 3 minutes stretching.

No, not that I remember anyway :) I think it might be the thick belt I'm wearing round my hipster skirt and when I sit down it presses into me. My drinking bruises don't usually hurt even the next day, maybe I'm still drunk.
