I was too... Until I figured it out.

He takes the Chile Pepper, when it comes through the door, reads it, then hides it somewhere in the kitchen, because something in it caught his eye and he wants to try it out.

Then, I go through life thinking that the magazine hasn't arrived, until I start to wonder why it's not here yet, and he says, "It's been here for over a month, I've read it... haven't you??? Then he hands me the 1999 issue with ribs on the cover and says, "here it is", and I say, "That's 1999", and he says "Oh. Well, the new one's around here somewhere."

Sigh... You men are all alike. :(
