I use them in a mix to make hot sauce with....

You can use those in anything or all above salad ,pickle, sauce

Just made a caribbean chilli sauce with them along with some fatali pods, heat level 4/5 not bad tasting!

I've never grown them so I don't know, but I imagine they'd be good in just about any meal or preparation.
