You may send commercial or non-commercial products, as long as you follow strict safe canning and packaging procedures and health code laws applicable to your area. You must also use tamper-free packaging. This shows us you go the extra mile and are serious. This will pretty much be common sense. If it looks safe, you are good. If not, in the bin.
Due to the possibility of being overwhelmed, reviews are not guaranteed, but more than likely, your product will be reviewed.
Reviews are separate from The Hot Pepper Awards (http://www.thehotpepper.com/awards). You should consider entering. How your product is reviewed in no way affects the Awards, entirely separate.
