Hello everyone, my name is Chet. I live in Southeast Louisiana and I've been a Chilehead for some 25 years. I just started growing my own Chile Peppers and can't wait to start using my homegrown Chiles in my cooking and try to make some homemade sauces. Well as they say here in the great bayou state, 'Laissez le bon temp roule!' Let the good times role.

Hey, wasn't Chet the name of the jerky brother on the film "Weird Science" played by Bill Paxton? Just wondering. And am in no way implying that you, Chet, are a jerky brother (or anything else) in any way, shape, or form. (Unless we start getting e-mails from your siblings impicating you :wink:
