Not sure yet. I do know for a fact that i'm definitely going to be getting myself toasted like a motherf***er.
I kinda like that grilled portobello recipe Mark just posted.

Bratwurst! I just did a ton of ribs last weekend, so I will be OK with some simple tasty Brats on the 4th.
I am most excited about the fireworks I just got a deal on.
They are the "mortar" style light it and drop it in the tube. They were marked "sample" and this nice lady swore that they were better than the ones selling 28 for $99.
I took 18 of them for $21.00
I lit one the other night just to see if I got burned. It made a big bang taking off and another huge bang in the air with a professional looking display of color and sparks. My neighbors for several miles around go completely nuts, even if the 4th is on a Tuesday. This year with the 4th on a Friday, they will be going strong until at least 3 in the morning.

Ok TL will work.:) Just out of curiosity though. I remember posting on Michigan Sportsman once on a gardening question with peppers. There was a guy that I think had that name that said he used this sight when I referred here. You wouldn't happen to be a member on that forum too would you? Just curious.:) I'm fasthunter on that one by the way. Yeah, I'd say we're chiliheads. I actually used to hang out on the other site alot, but I've gotten into some pretty heated political arguments on there. There's good people on there too, but I honestly like the laid back approach of talking everyone has on here. Guess that's what happens when you're all chili junkies on an endorphin rush eh?

I love beercan chicken very easy to make and yet another reason to buy beer lol
Beer can chicken is one of the worlds finest creations. I cannot think of any better way to make a whole bird. In fact I have a little contraption that holds two of them in place on the grill at the same time. That's it that is what I am making for the Fourth.

Ahhh yes. The salmon is marinating for the smoker. The flank is marinating in garlic soy cilantro and standing by for the grill. Mashed pots with marsala mushroom sauce is on the agenda along with grilled yellow squash and sweet thai chili coleslaw. Copious amounts of brewhaha and possibly tequila will also be atttending the soiree for just my gal and I. Fireworks later at Red Rock. As Martha would say..." it's a good thing..".
