Alright, I've done powdered peppers, done chilli, done hot sauce. I going to do pepper butter in a week or so. What else is there to do?

Hot BBQ sauce, hot steak sauce, pepper jellies, pepper sweets (chocolate), hot tomato-based sauce for pizza... anything, really. Just make it hot!

Damn, your right...I guess I could take any ordinary product and subsitiute an ingrediant with peppers. Duh! It's so simple I didn't even think of that. Thanks! :D

Jalapeno Corn Bread has been done... it is a wonderful epicurean treat with a bowl of chili, though!

Just my opinion, but the whole idea of cheese is just nasty. You take a fluidic excrement, almost let it rot, seperate the solids, smash them together, and sit them on a shelf to continue a slow rot process. Gee, in some they inject lovely mold into it, so as to make it rot even more. Yummy!

To each his own. To me, it doesn't matter where it comes from, the entire idea of cheese is just plain nasty. Artificially solidified, partially decomposed bovine excrement. And for added excitement, inject some really off-color fungus into it, let the mold procreate in the excrement and call it "bleu". What always threw me was the idea of "sour cream", wouldn't it be easier to make by just leave the milk in the sun for a week or two? I prefer to eat the cow. :twisted:

No, I've done salsa as well(fogot to add that one). It was really good...I used all the stuff in my garden to make it...

Dude, that's great stuff!
Once a year, me and the wife take a trip to Montana to a working ranch. No happy, little trail rides picking berries, but moving the absolutely stupidest creature (including the lemming and opossum) ever to walk this Earth over ridges (about 25-30 miles/day). What's the thrill? Eating a piece of them when we get back. Actually, it's a lot of fun, and the scenery is to die for. I understand many people like cheese, I am most certainly not one of them. Better to thin the herd by consuming the animal than to partake of its fluid excretion.
