Hi i'm new from the UK

Hi my name is Jo, i'm 24yrs old and live in the UK. I got my first chili plant on monday its only 3" high at the mo and its a Bolivian Rainbow. I have also orsered a load of seeds
Chilli - Rocoto Yellow
Chilli - Hot Banana
Chilli - Aji Rojo
Chilli - Cayenne
Chilli - Tepin
Chilli - Tabasco
Chilli - Thai Bangkok Upright
Chilli - Jalapeno
Chilli - Purple Tiger
Chilli - Scotch Bonnet Yellow

I can't wait till i start growing them, A bit worried tho as next year i will have to many chilis to know what to do with them!!!!!!! Does anyone have any good recipes to pickle them (quick and easy way) also i am going to see if i can make chili butter and chili oil for my mum.....
