Need copacker - capability to dry/dehydrate food

I need a co-packer who has the capability to do drying (or dehydration) of food. An example is someone manufacturing beef jerky. Someone in the southeast (esp. N. Carolina) would be great.

Anyone here has any leads?

Sorry no bites yet. I make jerky at home, but "manufacture" sounds like a larger operation than what I've got. ;)
