AJ,
You're amazing! You've only had them out for what - a month or less.
I'm hoping to get about 10 outside Saturday. It's still not Frost Free here yet, but they are too big to keep upstairs. No frost or cold weather is forecast but it will be below average temps for a few days so it should make them easier to acclimate themselves to their new home.

Glad to see the fruits of your labor. My plants are very close with your in that I have peppers on my Cayennes, sweet banana, and my jalapeno. Tried a Jalapeno the other day and it tasted real green with almost no heat yet. Picked it early but thought it would taste like a green jalapeno from the store. Won't pick any more till they're ripe.

Again, thanks all...
Potawie, I don't know anything else but Scotch Bonnet...I am not sure but I think I got them from Pepper Joe (will verify when I get home from work this evening)
Yup Wiz...had them outside about a month...whats funny is the ones that are getting afternoon sun have overcome their sunscald and are producing like mad...the ones getting morning sun are not producing yet but are growing fairly well...the ones in full sun all day are recovering slowly...
Thats funny PRF that you ate a green Jap...I did the same and got the same results as you did and made the same decision as you...
Daisy...my wild tepins are going gang busters even tho they are going thru a bout with aphids at the moment....probably have roughly 100 little tepins on them now...I will take pics this evening when I get home....

The wild Tepins look nice and compact AJ, I was expecting them to be really tall and wild looking. They look really pretty.

They will grow tall and wild. apparently they get to at least 2m at some point.

WOW AJ, the tepins look incredible!...mine are still quite short and full (I pinched them back last month to encourage branching) and are just starting to form some buds.
