I'm Charlie...I'm a chili head from waaaay back...cooking with fire ever since i could cook. My father used to make 5 alarm chili and I was eating it when I was 6-8 yrs old.

always looking for a new twist on the fire. I make my own version of 5 alarm chili...more like a 7 lol
