I wanted to share a web site that I found by accident. It was a real eye opener :shocked: I had no idea that pepper operations this big existed. This was cool and I think it would be a pretty cool to take a tour, if they give them. If ya got the time, check it out.

Here's another site that has a wealth of info about growing peppers, covering everything from preparing the soil for seeding through harvest.

Notice the "seed beds." Thousands of plants, just like a tobacco bed. Can you imagine sowing ounces of seed!
