Hmm, perhaps I'll watch that today.
My tv is b0rk3d until the 1st, so I've been watching a lot of things online.

I watched 300 and Jumper yesterday..both excellent IMO. Jumper is a tad short on plot and storyline, (they never do explain where Jumpers came from or why) but kewl FX and a cute gal or two never hurt..

must say was disapointed..try and get the directors cut with alternative ending..much better and equates with the story more,as the original ending was er daft and pointless.;)

I wouldnt say the ending was pointless, I thought it fit right in. just shows that some take the easy way out/dont try their best or however you want to interpert the ending.

A lot of times the studios will pre-screen the movie to a bunch of different audiences and have them fill out a questionnaire. After reviewing the questionnaires, sometimes they will make changes to the movie based on public opinion in order for the movie to make more money.

This is usually where "alternate endings" on the DVDs come from.

noticed theres a lot more alternate endings about of late inc iam legend and cloverfield..but the cloverfield ending is virtually identical to the original
