ok heres the recipe.

4 cans crushed tomato
2 hot house tomato
4 ears of corn
8 jalapeno
8 habenero
1 bell pepper
4 cloves of garlic
3/4 cup cilantro
1/3 cup basil
3/4 of white onion
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup cider vinager
2 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cayanne pepper

first i put the 4 ears of corn, the hot house tomatoes and bell peppers out on the smoke pit/bbq and smoked them until soft with alder. then i mixed in the crushed tomato and all the spices. then i chopped up the onion into medium to small chunks and mixed it in. then i chopped up the basil and cilantro then mixed it in. then i diced up the peppers into small chunks and through them in. after that i bring the corn, bell pepper and tomatoes in. i chopped the tomatoes and bell pepper into large chunks and mixed them in with the corn.

usually with the smoked salsas i make the smoke flavor gets better the day after you make it

let me know what you guys think:)
