After the fiasco last year, my son has scheduled again to visit me next month. He actually reserved a flight through Vancouver by mistake but I caught it and had the reservation changed to go through LAX. No Canadian airspace or immigration involved this time and things should go well. Will post updates.

He actually reserved a flight through Vancouver by mistake but I caught it and had the reservation changed to go through LAX. No Canadian airspace or immigration involved this time and things should go well. Will post updates.

YES HE MADE IT! Flew in July 8 at 4:30am with no major hitches. Here we are having a 5 minute burger eating competition in Manila:
