As the author of the video above I must say two things:
1) I wouldn't eat a Naga as my first chili.
2) There's no possibility of "failing" in playing a real guitar. Anyone can "play" real guitar and eat a chili, that's no problem. Even I can do it, even tho the best damn thing I can play with a guitar is the very beginning of AC/DC - Hard as a Rock.

So instead of trying to be "kewl" by making such statemets, try to think of something to do, that has actually the factor of failing with consiquences and not something to do, that you can do with no "skill requirement".

EDIT: And about the time spent for doing that: As long as the video itself is. I brought the chilis for my friend to try and my other friend suggested, that "why would he not play GH at the same time?". We laughed for the idea and decided to go for it.
