Hello everybody, My name is Chilebrown and I am a chile head from way back. I thought I would give this site a look. I am whipping up a batch of Wild Willy's Number One-derful Rub.
Wild Willy's Number One-derful Rub
This is our main all-purpose rub, good on ribs, brisket, chicken, and more.
3/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup ground black pepper
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons cayenne
Mix the spices thoroughly in a bowl. Store covered in a cool, dark pantry. Makes about 2 cups.

Looks good. For this crowd, though, you bet up the wattage to about 1/4 cup of dried, powdered habanero. :onfire:

Chile - Yeah, that sausage looked excellent! I did not know Hot Sauce Blog was yours. I read it everyday. I just bought some Uncle Brutha Green sause after reading your review. I gobbled it up in a matter of minutes. Thanks for the helpful info and suggestions.
