Hate to be the weird guy recommending sometimes unrelated dishes, but if you like dips and tomatoes... try Matbucha. the commercial stuff is kinda off, but the homemade recipes are for a dip.

some of these recipes like this type posted, I have not made but posted because maybe theres someone here that might like it.

but feel free to make suggestions as to what it'd go better with or a better way to make the dish (recipe) or a better recipe.
it never hurts to have more suggestions about recipes.

Unless the recommendation is sth like "use 2 tblspoons of extract sauce per serving"!
