Spicy Queso or Breakfast Delights

I now get wierd looks at breakfast.

Eggs... cool, Bacon....cool, no toast??...wierd, flour tortilla??, hot sauce??, cheese??????

My wife and kids have eggs, over easy, and bacon and toast.

I have breakfast soft tacos with habanero salsa and monterrey jack. Eggs never tasted so good.

Award winning queso:

2 lbs of taco meat....(however you like it, just over season it!!! You like the store bought packets? COOL! Just use like 5 of them. If you like it spicy, make it so hot you can't eat it)
1 package of Velveeta(yes the big one, yes I know it isn't technically cheese)
16 oz of sour cream
1 cup diced jarred jalapenos with juice.

I like to dump it all in a crock pot.

I would not post it if it wasn't good.

Quesadillas(sp?) are great at any time of the day. I just introduced my folks to this one and they love it! Granted, I have to make them very plain for my folks, but when I make them for myself...watch out, they'll melt your face.

I'm not new to spice at breakfast, it is the addition of eggs and that bacon stuff to the flour taco shell that is making magic.

Agreed. Even McDonalds makes OK ones.

The best are Chick Fil-A's if you are lucky enough to have one. Their salsa is great! It isn't too spicy, but it is delicious.

I don't make burritos though, I make soft tacos....BIG DIFFERENCE! one is rolled up and one is sort of half moonish. Completely different shape.;)
