I would like to publicly say thank you to everyone at Peppermaster, especially Greg and Tina, two of the nicest people I have ever had the honour of meeting. I showed up at the 'One of a Kind' Show here in Toronto, where they had a booth. I was more than impressed with the professionalism of the entire crew, and seeing as how we'd never met each other face to face, I had a bit of an advantage, which I played up a little tiny bit. It's nice to put a face to the emails and writings here on the board. My wife and I sampled their wares, chatted for a little while (it was VERY BUSY, and I appreciate they time they took to chat!), and then we went buying....! Greg and Tina were very generous, and I say thank you to them once again. If you haven't met these wonderful people and ever have the opportunity to, make it out and say hi. It's worth the trip. They brightened my year with their smiles and very personable attitudes. Greg, Tina, I salute you and you have my deepest respect. I wish you every success. Your sauces speak for themselves (we tried them all when we got home and they are all fantastic) but your charm is what will bring you far.
Many Regards,
Mike

So there I am offering samples of our hot sauces to the gazillions of people passing our booth when this rather inert looking fellow says to me, "will it give me a heart attack". True to form I begin to tell him the fact that heart attacks and hot sauce tend to be caused by the use of extracts, and that if he has a heart attack after having tasted one of my hot sauces, then it would be because he was going to have had the heart attack anyway... I must have turned several shades of beat red when I realized I was talking to Muso. Capsaicin extractor himself.
I gotta tell ya guys, if you get the chance to meet Cuso... hope he brings his wife, she's sure purty.
He tells you all that me and Greg are really nice and as true as that is, Cuso and his wife are awfully nice too.
It's very cool meeting forum people face to face and I can't wait to meet everyone else here.
Btw, if you guys get to taste Cuso's Hotternell sauces... I warn ya. I thought Hurricane was hot; Hotternell is officially the hottest damned thing I've ever tasted.
I haven't had the chance to taste the Peach Habanero yet, but I will post these and all other waiting reviews after the Crazy Christmas shows are over.

LOL!! No, Tina, you didn't go shades of red (that I noticed). We really had a blast! I meant to surprise you.... SURPRISE! I'll get you a bottle of the regular Tropical Breeze as my antidote.... :-) No extract!
We had chicken breast and rice with sweet potatoes for dinner last night. Your sauces were the centrepiece of the table. I'll be re-ordering very soon. Your sauces are very tasty! Very addictive.... You couldn't see the rice on my plate for the beautiful colours of all the sauces. It was a cacaphony of flavours, a symphony in my mouth.... my rice thanks you. :-)
Take care, we'll talk soon enough.

Nothing like good friends and good food!
I love my job... is there any wonder why?
I'm starting to think that chiliheads are just plain the best people in the world.

It's all the endorphins floating around.

Endorphins? Are they those fish things like purposes that they have at Sea World? LOL!!
I've been doing a ton of reading since my heart attacks. Some of the different drugs I am on (beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, amongst others) stop the adrenalin and endorphin from affecting me. The thing my heart doesn't need is that 'rush' of adrenalin and endorphin. Too bad. Now all I get is the flavour and heat, none of that power I used to get..... feeling like I could run a thousand mile race.
Don't have a heart attack. It puts a real damper on your life. The most stress and excitement I'm allowed is a Bugs Bunny Cartoon. Ok, I'll die before I give up my hot sauces...!!!!! :D I don't drink or do (non-precription) narcotics, so I have to have some vice. As far as I know, hot sauce highs are still legal. ROFL!!
