We try to have our event early in the ICS year. Last year we had 38 cooks from 10 different states....:mouthonfire:

Chili Man.....Jerry is our very good friend..I just came back from Mississippi with him...where I won Red! Jerry won his slot at the CT state in New Haven,CT...he only cooked a few times b4 he won...one of the other times,my wife won...lol...He's a GREAT guy.
