REcipes using Joe Perry hot sauces

I went to their website and printed up a bunch of recipes for both the sauces. (I'm thinking of using the hot wing recipe for the Mango Peach Tango for both sauces at our next chileheads gathering). Does anyone have any other good recipes for these two sauces?

Lori - I typically use the Boneyard Brew as a steak sauce and the Mango Tango on ham or pork loin.
