I dont do anything commercial, Im just a hobby grower, I love tending to my chilli plants, I like experimenting with different sauces, powders, the jerky thing, as you know there are countless ways to use chillies, there also good for trading for bottles of sauces from your favourite sauce makers too;)

I got to send you a box of stuff BB and the cactus shot glass. I haven't forgotten I just waiting on my jerky for you to try I sold 50 dollars of it through the shop last week. lol....

Well I finally have a naga turning...not completely ripe yet but close...first pic is ripening Naga...rather small and second is the biggest naga on the plant...there are about 30 other peppers on this plant...

thanks POTAWIE...keep 'em growin CP...I wanna claim completely ripe...wife took a couple of pics of my plants and I...my hands show the size of the pods...and the other picture is of me and my plants...these are my pride and joy and I can't believe they are only a little over 5 months from seed...

Not much to quote from the guys at work after tasting the naga...except

more expletives than you can imagine...they all did say that the taste was wonderful before the burn hit...but one thing...not a one of them are the "you can't make it too hot for me" kind...bunch of good guys

Went out this morning and took some pics of my ripening Naga Morich peppers...not only are they tasty, they are extremely, nuclear hot...(what was I suspecting anyway?)

I have somewhere close to 50 pods right now and the plant is continually flowering...these are going to be good producers...

Yes sir Phil...I actually tasted the first one, just didn't eat the whole pod at once...I had crawfish for lunch yesterday and ate about a 1/4 of the ripest pod in pics 2 and 3...they are definitely nuclear in heat and the taste good too....

A.J those pods like awesome really nasty looking..carnt wait for my first pods to..p.s had a jar of bottled nagas and they tasted superb from my cousins batch last year...so put a few in jars for the cold months :)
