Will constant removing of flowers make a pepper plant grow bigger ?

I would like to get some of mine bigger, they seem to have stopped growing now that they are flowering all the time

removing flowers will force the plant to turn its attention to developing the rest of the plant. if you have also pinched off the growing tips you will get a bushier plant.

there is no harm in pinching off buds especially when the plant is still in seedling stage - you shouldn't experience any reduction in pods either as the plant will naturally replace those removed.

Yep. Chilliman has nailed it. I usually remove my flower buds (before the get bigger than a few millimeters)until the plant is a really decent size.
