i was wondering what kinds of mustard do you guys enjoy the most. Grey Poupon Mustard anyone? mustard usually goes great with sandwiches and hot dogs but i was wondering what other types of food does everyone use mustard with?

I usually go for a deli-style spicy for most uses, but i also have some plain ass yellow stuff for some things as well. I do, however, have a new favorite mustard....Anija's spicy! Now That's some stout mustard.

jalapeno mustard..this is the brand i usually get. http://www.foodlocker.com/74680-00086.html

basically, i don't see too many other choices for spicy mustard, so that's what i get. it's good..i just wish there was more variety around here for mustard. not much of a fan of those spicy brown mustards or whatever else they go by. especially if it has horseradish in it..

Danny Cash has some really good mustard! It has some kick to it, but it's one of the smoothest mustards I've ever tried.

i make a habanero, garlic spicy hot mustard that i'm in the process of trying to eventually sell on the open market. i did't like what was out there, so i started making my own.

Brian, do you pick that stuff up at a local store? I haven't seen that anywhere around here....i'd like to try it. As for something different(and pretty good, too) have you tried Bone-Suckin' Mustard? I'm not much of a fan of their sauces, but the mustards pretty damn good.

i bought that mustard at a publix on the other coast. haven't seen them over here, then again i haven't really looked. it's not too hot really, i guess it just adds some nice flavor and maybe combined with other spicy ingredients could sorta boost the overall heat.

haven't tried the bone suckin' sauce or mustard..was gonna try the sauce since they had it on sale at a local grocery store..just never got around to it. i'll see if i can find some around here.

That's Big Dawg's stuff! I'm dropping a buttload of $$ at his booth at the FFS '08 (March).

have you guys heard about the 3 new flavors from Grey Poupon Mustard?? (www.greypoupon.com) i have them all in my kitchen. they're all pretty good but my favorite by far has to be Harvest Coarse Ground. theres whole mustards in em so it has this really intense taste.

oh and pardon me...

I make my own spicy as well. I am a fan though of most any mustard except for sweets.
