Can anyone recommend a really good cookbook for Trinidad food?

She said she'd look around.

I found one on Amazon called "Sweet Hands." It's supposed to be great.

Here in Miami, we have a lot of island food, but not much from Trinidad. Maybe Trinis don't emigrate much, because they have a lot of industry and a strong economy.
