Sorry if I mislead everyone to thinkin' I was in the service- I do have a close friend who did his 3 years.

Anyway, I'm preppin' to smoke my recent batch of habs, cayennes and tabascos (to add to the pepper mash that I have goin in the pantry),
I have a bradley smoker- (it's amazing- google it)-- what kind of wood does the best job?
