first endorphine rush

never had one before until this past weekend. had some hot sauce called (ironically) "endorphine rush" and it was pretty damn hot. next thing i know, my head started feeling a bit spaced out and very light headed. wasn't sure if it was from drinking the night before at first hah..but it wasn't. since then i've had at least one other thanks to blairs mega death sauce..very hot stuff! picked up the bottle at a liquor store. ahh beer and hot sauce. :mouthonfire:

ehh the sauce was alright...i guess it helped that there was a lot of different stuff in the food itself so the sauce didn't stand out too much. well..other than the burn.

yea, i'm kinda surprised too..i didn't realize it even happened until i read either you or someone else talking about it here at THP. wasn't sure how subtle or powerful it was...but when it hit me, i knew what it was.

the mega death doesn't taste the greatest either, but not too bad...plus i mix it into things, like the chili i made, soup, light use on sandwiches..etc.

my favourite extract is Mega Death, it tastes ok, has plenty of heat and is good value for money.

haha that sounds like fun! :mouthonfire: i didn't use quite that much. i filled (to the brim accidentally) one of those white paper condiment cups with the sauce. tried a little on the finger first, then dumped the rest onto two enchiladas. it was definitely hot!

I loooove that endorphin rush!! I actually got a pretty good one yesterday when I was eating my Habanero/Jalapeno pizza. It didn't seem to hot because it was cooked in, but then it snuck up on me. I literally got a buzz off of it and it felt like my whole face. Even inside of my head where my brain was was feeling warm. Gotta love that fresh habanero high. :hell:

I've got a fresh alive rejuvination feeling. Kind of like after your with a lady;), or that high you feel after you spend 20 minutes on the race track dragging your knee. (The track thing and the lady is a stronger endorphin-adrenaline rush though:lol:) I must admit I've never had one that bad. Have you? That's a heck of a rush dude!!!!:shocked::cool:

Ive had one so far.When I did the wing compitition..I eat my habs I dont get one unfortunatly..lol my buddy got one though I posted that in another thread lol.He turned around and looked at me and said (edited) damn it feels like ive had 10 15 beers lol.

My wifes ears will ring when it gets to hot for her the last time that happened I put Endorphin Rush in soy sauce to dip the fried dumplings in and didnt tell her she ate it to fast the next thing I know I felt the stinging sensation on my cheek from her hand :) not a good sport about it and not very happy

LOL!!! My womans slapped me before for getting her with hot sauce. When I did it though I put a big glob of MegaDeath on my tongue and gave her a french kiss without her knowing. She's a cool woman and I usually don't pick on her "TO BAD":lol:. This was just to tempting. However, yeah I got slapped as well.:lol:

Well, I was curious about his rush and I just tried for one on my lunch. I just had 2 pork chops smothered with MegaDeath sauce for lunch with a side of brocoli and cheese rice a roni. I ate the pork chops as quick as I could and then had some rice. I didn't drink any milk either. It was hot as hell, but oddly good. It took a few minutes to kick in, but honestly I am lightheaded as I speak typing this. It's like a runners high I used to get after running the 5 mile run when I was in the Army. Ears never rung, but this is the best endorphin rush I've had so far. It even beats the few times I ate a whole hab. GOOD STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!

hahaha i've never eaten one myself..but that sounds about the description i've always heard.

it was funny watching my buddy get one..lol I posted this before fut I still find it funny...He ate a hab from one of my harvests and he doesnt eat hot...Ive never seen someone struggle so much but he turned around to me and said (edited)lol damn its like hes had half a case of beer....
he even got sick from one hab.I felt bad even though I warned him..he just looked at me and said remind me not to do anything that stupid again...hehehehe

haha nice! i've still not even tried eating a whole hab.

i was dicing some up one day to add too either chili or something..anyway, i had a small pile of what looked almost like those pieces of shredded carrot. one of my roommates came into the kitchen and asked what i was cooking. i said "hey, try some of these carrots i sauteed." casually, he grabbed a few fingers full and ate them. :lol: he had a sorta puzzled look on his face when he realized they weren't carrots. then i could tell the burn was kicking in and he started making that "oww it burns!" face while trying to find something to drink. jokingly he said some vulgar things to me, and has been careful about what he's eating if i asked him to try it.

then my other roommate came in there and i got him as well, only he was either good at hiding the burn face, or it just didn't bother him as much.

don't think either had a rush..just a nice burning mouth. :hell:

It's not as if I hold back on the heat. I chop up a habanero in my Sunday morning omelet. Good stuff. I just have never experienced (or been aware of ) any rush. I've burned myself up with a few extract sauces, and still nothing. I'm going to have to munch a habby.

I live for the rush.
Thats what got me hooked. my first one was at work. ate a sub with maddog357 collectors.. My legs almost gave out from under me. My coworker said I looked high.
Now EVERYTIME I go for the sauce, dont stop till the rush hits.
