Kanji help

I have been trying to identify the kanji symbols on this page that was made for me by a friend that passed away last year. I am especially interested in the top right symbol. Shot in the dark but anyone here read kanji?

I asked a frined from another site he said the second line didnt make much sense to him but I thought this was enough for you to make sense of it.
So it goes
'wind has no promises/answers
buddha (??) buddha
wind has no fragrance'

Thanks. Thats been a big help. These aren't phrases but just the practice sheet for the caligraphy.
