Answering emails?

Does the person who owns this board (presumably thehotpepper.com) actually read or answer his/her emails? I have sent at least two in regard to a pair of topics and have received no answer whatsoever.

The moderators are reasonably responsive as far as we can tell, but the owner and/or site admin is seemingly AWOL.

Unless the moderators intend on being site admin in lieu of the owner, likely not. The message we originally sent pointed out an ongoing issue, not one that's just recent. If the owner is in absentia in regard to issues about this discussion board, then perhaps others do need to help out. Otherwise, there seems little point in attempting to contact him/her for issues regarding the board.
