was sitting at home the other day and there is this charity that calls every year and ask if i want magazines...well for the fun of it i subscribed to a magazine called chile pepper was wondering if anyone else subscribes. so far i just browsed thru it alot of recipes and a artical on wasabi that i want to read. just to clarify im not a pusher of the mag just kinda wanted to let my fellow pepper heads out there know that it is out there.

Thanks, Mike, it tends to be a good magazine. I've even seen Kato's old advertisements in there. Have you gotten your first issue yet?

FYI, I've got a copy of Chile Pepper magazine on the coffee table that is dated June 1996.

got my first copy today..articals on salt and wasabi and they had some brisket in there i wanted to lick the pages.

I subscribe to Chile Pepper Magazine - they are based right here in NYC which is always fun.

GET OUT! Croly, I didn't think chiliheads even existed THAT long ago!

Ok, wait, that sounded really dumb... Of course they existed, I existed... I just didn't realize that there was even a chilihead movement back then.
