New Sauce n TEXAS

I have a family recipe for a chipotle sauce that I've been selling to friends and aquantences and would like to take it to the next level. Does anyone out there know where I can find the requirements in Texas to be able to produce and sell to shops, farmer's markets, restaurants, etc? Also... are the requirements any different to sell over the internet? Any help would be great!!
