An original type product made with green cayenne's unlike traditional chow chow made with cabbage that I like very much comes a twist no cabbage and made with green cayenne peppers, vinegar onion, garlic salt & spices I like this very much as it has a great vinegar bite & the green cayennes add a unique taste we used it dog's, sausage and burgers that was a great addition
On flavor i would give it a 8 of 10 & heat a 5 of 10 I like sauces that use a lot of vinegar( I know i might be in the minority) so if you don't like the vinegar flavor not what you would want. I can see using this as a relish fot all kinds of things going to try it with our steaks tonight along with some habs on mine.
