Hey everyone,
I am trying to get a new flavor of Ranch Hand Candy out and I want to try a Chocolate flavor. Has anyone done anything in the past with a chocolate flavor and Jalapenos? I also use sugar in the ingredients, but I tried just straight Cocoa powder last night and I don't know if it was just to much cocoa or if I need to use something else. I want a good milk chocolate taste to it, but not the milk in it. Ranch Hand Candy is more of a relish than a sauce, but I do not need it to solidify.
