Correct Pronounciation, Please

I've got a funny feeling I'm massacring the pronounciation of "Bih Jolokia". Can anybody spell it out phonetically?
It's hard to walk the walk when I can't talk the talk:lol:

I asked an Indian grad student at work how to pronounce Bhut Jolakia, and she said "Bahut (one syllable) joe la key uh".

Of course she said it in this lovely melodious accent that I can't match, but she said saying "But" was fine.

I can't remember where but I read on the internet somewhere that it was pronounced B-Hoot.

Maybe I should find a different Indian grad student to ask. Perhaps it's an accent thing.

I am sure that if you ask 10 different Indian grad students you would get 10 different pronounciations. ta-may-toe ta-ma-toe.
