Ok, I'm still new to all the varieties but I'll take some guesses.

1- dunno
2- looks like a type of cayenne
3- whippet's tail?
4- looks like a ripening jalapeno
5- more ripe jalapenos
6- habenero (I would imagine an orange hab due to the color;))

I'm not a pro but would still like to take a guess at what you have there. also many chiles look alike so all you can do is guess, unless you know what you ordered for seeds or what the store sells that you bought from.
pic 1 - poblano
pic 2 - ?
pic 3 - kung pao or cayenne strain ?
pic 4 - jalapeno strain ?
pic 5 - fresno
pic 6 - scotch bonnet

1 Poblano
2 Aci Sivri or other cayenne type
3 Cayenne type, maybe Long Thin Cayenne, does not seem long enough for Whippet's Tail a.k.a. Joe's Long a.k.a. Pinocchio's Nose
4 Maybe some kind of Jalapeño
5 Ripe Poblanos or Piquillo or Fresno
6 Scotch Bonnet, closely related to Habanero

I will take a stab at er too.......

1. Poblano
2. Large Thick Cayenne
3. De Arbol
4. Fresno or Bulgarian Carrot
5. Fresno or Serrano
6. Goat

I think both 4 and 5 are too pointy at the end to be jalapeno, jals should be more blunt than pointy. If the green on 4 was a little lighter I would say Hungarian Wax.

thanks for all the help. i am much obliged. however, for some reason...namely the lack of blunt end, i don't think that #5 is a jalapeno due to it's very sharp, pointy end. it looks like the pepper on the sign of Chili's restaurant. i have no idea what that variety is called, though.
