Describe a "hot" date...

What would be a great "spicy" date? Here is one I would like to have:

Since I'm brand new to this, I don't know how to tell the difference between the different peppers. So I would have someone more experienced take me out on a hot sauce taste test date. He would pick up a variety of sauces to educate me on the topic and we'd go to the beach with a few different beverages: beer, water, milk (just in case).

We'd buy some fries at the beach (beach fries are so good!) and we find a cozy spot to taste. He would put samples of each kind of hot sauce in different little ceramic containers and I would try each one with my eyes closed, carefully describing what I taste. When it's his turn, he would close his eyes and have to guess which sauce is which...

honey - sounds great, but if you'd like to taste & get to know more about different chiles I would think eating fresh chiles would be better than tasting hot sauces since they're mixed with other ingredients.

bring a big basket of different fresh chiles for taste testing instead of hot sauces.

Honey that sounds like a great date! Pay no attention to those men behind the curtain,(passow,jayt,potawie,luckydog, all cool guys yes but...)don't let them fool you..they have all been shirtless and bent over the hood of a car on "Cops" before. As for your idea...very creative. I concurr
with Chilehunter on using the fresh chile's for the next date.
