Straight from Cell Block B of the Saskatchewan Correctional Facility comes Uncle Big’s Serial Killer Private Reserve.
It’s been over a year in the making, with numerous different flavour combinations from around the world, varying mind blowing heat intensities, personal injury, strained marriages, and even a break and enter, but finally Uncle Big is proud to unleash his unbridled rage on the world!!
The UBK Serial Killer Private Reserve is infused with 11 peppers including the “Dorset Naga” pepper and is the self proclaimed and so far uncontested “hottest sauce in Canada”.
Uncle Big chose a cognac inspired bottle which fits nicely in its final resting place, a black UBK embroidered “bottle bag”, with a screened moniker denoting the contents of said body bag.

The first 5 oz offering comes housed in a handmade “bottle bag” complete with hand signed laminated Certificate of Authenticity tucked in the back and “toe tag” on the bag sporting the UBK Reserve Logo. Each 5 oz bottle is stamped, hand signed (1-55) and numbered by Uncle Big himself.
Now remember, Uncle Big wants his reserve to be eaten so each “bagged and tagged” set, comes with a matching 2 oz tasting bottle. Open it, Uncle Big dares ya!!

The second chilehead option is a 5 oz bottle double dipped, stamped with the UBK royal seal, and riding shotgun is a double dipped 2 oz taster.
This 5 oz is signed by Uncle Big and the back sticker contains each bottle’s number.
