Yum. I love Chipotles. The only problem I have with them is that they aren;t very hot unless I grow them myself. The jalapenos you get in the store these days have had all the heat bred out of them.
I love the flavor, though. Maybe I ought to try mixing chipotles with habaneros. That should spice it up a bit. :P

Aren't very hot??? You're smoking the wrong peppers man!
Chipotle simply means "smoked pepper"... A chipotle can be anything from a jalapeno to a red savina... Get red savina chipotles and you won't be complaining about a lack of heat anymore. I promise!
