Looking for a recipe

Ihave two peppers that I bought recently that I'm dying to try in a recipe -- cherry peppers and Anaheim peppers. I was wondering if anyone knew any good recipes that combined these two peppers together, or any recipe that combines a milder pepper with a slightly hotter pepper.

We tend to smoke Anaheims, their flavour is far richer that way.

As for cherry peppers, I love to just cut them in half and stuff them with goat cheese, sprinkle them with a little olive oil vinaigrette... Yummmmm.
