I'm flying out to Seattle, Washington tonight (hopefully) and was wondering if there are any "hot" spots to check out in the Seattle-Redmond Area. I'm only going to be there on Thursday, should be back to NYC on Friday so I don't have much time, but I will have a free rental car so wheels are not a problem.

Any ideas anyone?
