Greetings all. I am one of those rather strange individuals known as a Chilihead. I have been for many years, and my wife has leanred to live with it. Together we have created a new hot sauce we feel is a little different from the standard protocol. There are several levels of heat, depending on your tolerance, and there is some really cool actionwear we just started offering. Please feel free to join us on our site. WWW.DEFCONsauces.com

Looks interesting - You may want to enter it into the Chile Pepper Food Show (www.chilepepper.com) as well as the Fiery-Foods Show - I think that one is a ways off before they start accepting entries again for the upcoming show, but it's worth the look. Win a Scovie and your product will fly off the shelves. Best of luck to you!

Thanks. Now, do they except entries through the mail, or do you have to have a booth setup? These may sound like stupid questions, but I'm rather new at this and appreciate any insight.

Giggle all you want...I'm the one grinning. You see, in doing my homework, it has become particulatly clear that getting stuff in to the north is substantially easier then getting stuff to the south. I'm glad to see the under-estimation of the DEFCON Collective. Considering Canada is one of our fastest growing markets, I am taking advantage of it. Believe what you wish, I'm still grinning. :hell:

Just out of curiosity... who might this Canadian National Hot Sauce Disty you found, be? And are they doing your translations for you??

We are doing our own translations. We captured a French person (which of course isn't that difficult, history has proven that) and they did the translation for us. As I stated, it's in the beginning stages, and they are VERY interested. It seems parts of Canada really like our stuff, which is a good thing. I'm going to avoid mentioning the name until everything is said and done. Why Tina, you seem upset...

Upset? Naw... dying of curiosity... yep.
So I get you not wanting to mention the name on a public forum, but I'd think you'd ask me my opinion of them.
