W.O Hesperus Captain Mowatts Scarlet Blaze Pomegranate Grilling Sauce of Portland Maine. A delicious tasting sauce we received from Dan Stevens of W.O Hesperus. We did use it as a grilling sauce for yard bird and found it to be fantastic. The pomegranate has just enough of a sour bite to make it seem not to sweet, it also has 3 different types of red chile peppers. None are prominent enough to tell what types of chiles they are. Just enough of a bite to reach a chile head like myself.Made with pomegranate, red chili peppers,cider vinegar, sugar, fresh lime juice, salt, black pepper, spices and xanthan gum.For flavor it is a 9 of 10 and for heat it is only a 3 of 10 I really liked this sauce it worked great on chicken.

Take some waffles, cover them in maple sryup and then cover it with Scarlet Blaze...it's amazing!
