Strange Brew in Belize?!!

Been picking up Marie Sharps for a few years now...the Fiery Hot version of course.
Anyway, this has only happened once before....

The batch seems "off." It has a slight rusty arama and taste. It almost seems like
well water was used...

Anyone else encounter this strangness?? I've been a fan for some time now, but....
I already get my iron from vitamins! ha

Yeah...I decided to try it for the first time a few months ago. Either the veggies are really strong tasting or something is off. I don't really care for it.

Thanks for the reply.... I know what it taste like now... Like someone dropped a smoke sausage into the mix. ha Now, it doesn't always taste that way, but did this batch. Marie Sharp's Smokes Sausage Sauce.....a whole lotta sausage way down south. ha ha ha
