I'm having the biggest jones for some BBQ, which is rather silly because I work in a BBQ joint. But it's just not the same!

I'm torn though, no sleep and some killer brisket on Sunday? Split chickens with the whole nine yards of sides?
OOOH! Maybe a pepper and bacon stuffed pork loin! Yup, thats the one!

Almost time to fire up the Weber so I can piss off some neighbors (hard to BBQ in NYC). I've smoked on it before.

Everyone should have a Weber...great little grills. I do most of our grilling on one. The smoker is for smoking; the weber is for grilling.
