From Texas comes this killer salsa. Has to be one of our favorites as we buy it by the case for ourselves and didn't last very long.

Packed with loads of great salsa flavor with a nice garlic taste.
For the heat we know why they call it salsa grande It has grande chiles in it jalapeno, habanero that I would put at a good 8-9 on my heat scale.

The perfect salsa for a party. as a dip for chips or as an accompaniment to your mexican dishes.

I really like the sweet fire pickles and they have some jal honey mustard and loco cheese sauce that is terrific.
Bill grows 30 acres of chiles, and goumet gardens is the wifes recipes and family business, but from talking to Bill he just wants to do the farming part. I was fortunate enough to try the sauce(along with many of the entries) and it was good. So was Sals and Shannons and Voo's and so forth.

Marv, did you say these guys have a jalapeno honey mustard??

I don't think it was dijon.

It looks like a yellow mustard... I think I'll send them an email.
